Laying the Foundation: New Offices for Friends for Roxanne Foundation!

We have some incredibly exciting news to share from Zimbabwe! The Friends for Roxanne Foundation has officially been presented with land by local stakeholders and the council to build our very own administrative offices! This is a monumental step forward for our organization, and we couldn't be more thrilled.

For too long, we've been operating out of a tiny office at Roxanne Junior School. While it has served its purpose, having dedicated administrative space will significantly enhance our ability to manage projects, coordinate volunteers, and expand our reach. This new land will allow us to create a central hub for all our operations, truly strengthening our foundation.

What makes this news even more inspiring is the community's involvement in making it happen. Our dedicated team has been hard at work in the brick moulding arena, diligently crafting the bricks that will form the very walls of our new offices. They've just finished moulding a massive batch, and now we're patiently waiting for them to fully dry. Once ready, these bricks will be carefully stacked in a kiln and fired until they're a vibrant, durable red, ready for construction.

This collaborative effort, from the generous land donation to the hands-on brick moulding by our community team, truly embodies the spirit of Roxanne Lynn Munger's legacy. It's a testament to what can be achieved when a community comes together with a shared vision.
